Terms of Service

Shopping with COCO BY ZARA

These terms apply to orders placed through our Shopify store. Product prices are shown in Pakistani rupees. Review the design, included pieces, contact information and shipping address before placing your order.

Product information

Our winter suits are sold unstitched unless a product page states otherwise. Accessories and styling shown in photographs are not included unless listed. Screen settings and lighting may cause slight colour differences.

Orders and delivery

Orders are subject to confirmation and product availability. If an item is unavailable or a pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. Read our Shipping & Delivery page for delivery terms.

Exchanges

Our Exchanges & Returns page explains the 7-day request window, item condition requirements and courier charges. These store terms do not limit rights that apply under mandatory law.
